What we delete

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone, country, profile photo)
  • Saved properties and favorites
  • Property listings you created (if you're an agent)
  • Ratings, reviews, comments, and appointment history
  • Tours, financial, education, trade, and B2B listings you created
  • All login sessions and access tokens
  • In-app cached preferences on your device

What we don't retain

We do not keep backups of deleted accounts. After deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days and cannot be recovered.
